PERMANENT STAFF
Job Seekers introduced by Progressive Placements Ltd., engaged for employment by the Client and paid by the Client.
FEES for Permanent Staff are billed at
a NEGOTIABLE % (+ VAT) – of Gross Basic Annual Salary
TEMPORARY STAFF
Job Seekers introduced by Progressive Placements Ltd to a Client, engaged for employment by the Client and paid by Progressive
Placements Ltd,
OR, Job Seekers introduced by the Client, and payrolled by Progressive Placements Ltd.,
FEES for Temporary Staff
Temp Fees are billed at an hourly rate, inclusive of Salary, Employer's PRSI and Agency Fee. Holiday Pay, which is paid to all
Temporary Staff in accordance with the "Organisation of Working Time Act - 1997" will be charged separately and billed at the end of
each calendar month or alternatively built into the overall Billing Rate - (based on Worked Hours). Please refer our Client Temp

A specific letter drafted by Progressive Placements Ltd will cover the particular Terms & Conditions of individual
Temporary Assignments.
FEE REBATE STRUCTURE (for PERMANENT STAFF)
Full Refund - Within 12 Weeks of Commencement, less €450 (+VAT) Administration Charge.
Partial Refund - If the employee leaves after a period of 12 weeks, a billing charge at the rate of
NEGOTIABLE % (+ VAT) of Gross Monthly Salary will apply for the duration of the employment.
Any application for Rebate must be made in writing to Progressive Placements Ltd within 7 days of the Job Seeker's departure. In the
absence of such written request no refund will apply.
SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
In the case where any Job Seeker introduced by Progressive Placements Ltd, is subsequently employed by the Client, a fee is payable by
the Client to Progressive Placements Ltd in accordance with the fee structure as outlined above.
Progressive Placements Ltd is not liable in any way for the acts or omissions of any Job Seeker employed by the Client in either a
Temporary or Permanent capacity.
Progressive Placements Ltd is not responsible for reference checking (on behalf of Clients) - Clients must satisfy themselves as to
the suitability of their own reference checks.
Job Seekers are introduced to the Client in confidence. If the Client forwards this CV to a third party and the third party
subsequently employs the Job Seeker, a full fee will be charged to the Client.
Fees for Temporary Staff are payable within seven days of the invoice date, such date being the end date of the week worked.
Fees for Permanent Staff are payable within thirty days of the invoice date, such date being the commencement date of the permanent
employment.
The interviewing or engagement of a Job Seeker introduced by Progressive Placements Ltd in either a Temporary or Permanent capacity
is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
